Strategi Sukses Inovasi: Kepercayaan Interpersonal dan Berbagi Pengetahuan di Lingkungan Pendidikan

Studi ini melibatkan 244 dosen dari perguruan tinggi swasta di Tangerang. Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana kepercayaan interpersonal—yaitu kepercayaan pada rekan kerja dan pimpinan—berpengaruh pada perilaku inovatif dan bagaimana berbagi pengetahuan memfasilitasi hubungan ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pada rekan kerja dan pimpinan memiliki dampak positif pada aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan. Kepercayaan pada pimpinan memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perilaku inovatif, tetapi kepercayaan pada rekan kerja tidak. Berbagi pengetahuan dosen juga memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada perilaku inovatif. Selain itu, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan memiliki efek mediasi penuh pada hubungan antara kepercayaan pada rekan kerja dan perilaku inovatif, dan efek mediasi parsial pada hubungan antara kepercayaan pada pimpinan dan perilaku inovatif.
