Integrasi Lean Manufacturing dan Industry 4.0 dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Produksi di Industri

Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut manufaktur Indonesia untuk mengadopsi digitalisasi
dan otomasi demi meningkatkan efisiensi dan mutu. Lean Manufacturing, dengan prinsip inti
pengurangan waste dan peningkatan nilai, dapat diperkuat oleh teknologi seperti IoT, analisis
big data, dan AI untuk menciptakan proses produksi adaptif dan efisien. Artikel ini menelaah
tiga jurnal lokal mengenai: penerapan 5S di startup manufaktur, integrasi Lean Six Sigma
dengan Industry 4.0 di industri pertahanan, dan penerapan prinsip Lean (VSM + 5S) di industri
perkapalan. Meskipun integrasi ini mampu mengurangi waktu siklus, menurunkan defect, dan
mempercepat pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, implementasi nyata masih dibatasi oleh
faktor infrastruktur digital, keterbatasan kompetensi SDM, biaya, dan keamanan siber.
Rekomendasi mencakup pilot project digitalisasi Lean di UMKM, pelatihan SDM, dan regulasi
dukungan adopsi teknologi.
